Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat up oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and add it to skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until done.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.

  4. Add walnuts to skillet with shrimp and cook for an additional minute.

  5. Remove skillet from heat and pour honey mixture over the shrimp and walnuts. Stir to coat shrimp.

  6. Serve immediately, garnished with more walnuts if desired.
