Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup tofu, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups dashi broth
- 4 bundles of udon noodles
Instructions

Heat a large skillet or hot pot over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook until browned.

In the same skillet, add onions, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and tofu. Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and dashi broth. Pour the mixture into the skillet and bring it to a simmer.

Add the udon noodles to the skillet and cook until they are heated through.

Serve the Beef Sukiyaki in individual bowls, garnished with green onions.
