How To Make Quick Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, cucumber, red onion, and basil.

  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
