How To Make Baked Italian Chicken Thighs

- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish.

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are coated evenly.

In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken thighs, rubbing it in to evenly distribute the flavors.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken thighs are cooked through and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
