  • 2.5 pounds beef brisket
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your slow cooker.

  2. Season the beef brisket with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Place the beef brisket in the slow cooker.

  4. Pour the beef broth over the beef brisket.

  5. Add the sliced onion on top of the brisket.
