- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
- For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into wedges and arrange them on a serving platter.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
