Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dust chicken thighs in the flour mixture, making sure they are coated evenly.

  4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and place the chicken thighs skin-side down.

  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.

  6. Flip the chicken thighs and transfer the skillet to the oven.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

  8. Serve hot.
