Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken thighs are cooked through and golden brown.
