How To Make Sweet Smoked Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
Instructions

Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.

Rub the dry rub all over the pork ribs, making sure to cover all sides.

Place the ribs on the smoker grate and smoke for 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

Brush the BBQ sauce onto the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
