  • 10 cups of popped popcorn
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn and mini marshmallows.

  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the corn syrup and vanilla extract.

  3. Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn and marshmallows. Stir until everything is well coated.

  4. Press the mixture into a greased cake pan, using the back of a greased spoon to firmly press it down.

  5. Allow the popcorn cake to cool and set for at least 1 hour before serving.

  6. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
