Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add more vegetable oil if needed, then add broccoli, snap peas, carrot, red bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in sliced green onions.
