How To Make Chinese Cabbage Fried Rice Recipe
A vegan fried rice recipe loaded with Chinese cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups Chinese cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add Chinese cabbage and carrots, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Add cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until well combined.

Add chopped green onions, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.
