Ingredients

  • 1 package of Trader Joe’s frozen Vegetable Fried Rice
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup of diced carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Saute garlic until fragrant, then add the carrots and cook until tender.

  3. Add the package of frozen Vegetable Fried Rice and peas, and cook until heated through.

  4. Pour in soy sauce and stir until well combined.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
