How To Make Trader Joe’s Chicken Enchiladas Verde Recipe
Tender chicken wrapped in corn tortillas, smothered in green enchilada sauce and topped with cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) Trader Joe’s Green Enchilada Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 8 corn tortillas
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, mix together cooked chicken, green enchilada sauce and sour cream.

Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Spoon chicken filling into each tortilla and roll tightly.

Place enchiladas seam-side down in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
