How To Make Trader Joe’s Chicken Enchiladas Verde Recipe

Tender chicken wrapped in corn tortillas, smothered in green enchilada sauce and topped with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10 oz) Trader Joe’s Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 8 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cooked chicken, green enchilada sauce and sour cream.

  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

  4. Spoon chicken filling into each tortilla and roll tightly.

  5. Place enchiladas seam-side down in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  6. Top with shredded cheese.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
