  • 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed

  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add seasoned salt, ginger, paprika, and cumin and stir to combine.

  4. Add tomato sauce and water and stir to combine.

  5. Add green beans and stir to coat evenly in the sauce.

  6. Cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes or until the green beans are tender but not mushy.

  7. Serve hot.
