Ingredients
- 4 Ribeye steaks, 12 oz each
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 8 garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions

Take the Ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Season the Ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat.

Place the Ribeye steaks in the skillet and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until evenly browned.

Add the unsalted butter, rosemary, and crushed garlic to the skillet, then transfer it to the preheated oven and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until the steaks reach the desired doneness.

Let the steaks rest in the skillet for a few minutes.
