  • 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it starts to foam.

  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and stir to coat in the butter.

  3. Cook mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they release their moisture and it evaporates.

  4. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.

  5. Add parsley, thyme, and salt and stir to combine. Serve hot.
