Ingredients

  • 4 Raising Cane’s chicken fingers, sliced
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • dressing:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Raising Cane’s sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken fingers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine mixed greens, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and croutons.

  3. For the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, Raising Cane’s sauce, white vinegar, and honey in a small bowl.

  4. In a separate bowl, toss the chicken fingers with a tablespoon of the dressing.

  5. Add the remaining dressing to the salad and toss to evenly coat.

  6. Top the salad with the chicken fingers and serve immediately.
