How To Make O’Charley’s Loaded Cheese Fries Recipe

Crispy golden fries topped with melted cheese, bacon and creamy ranch dressing – a sensational appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut potatoes into thin fries and spread them out on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Roast the fries for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.

  4. Sprinkle cheese over the fries and bake for additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and drizzle with ranch dressing.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
