  • 4 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, and raisins.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.

  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss well to coat.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
