How To Make O’Charley’s Pecan Chicken Tender Salad
Crispy chicken tenders mixed with fresh greens, vegetables, and pecans, drizzled with honey mustard dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in panko bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

In a large bowl, mix together mixed greens, red onion, grape tomatoes, and pecans.
