How To Make Hardee’s Mushroom and Swiss Thickburger
Juicy beef patty smothered in melted Swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms on a toasted sesame seed bun.

Ingredients
- 4 sesame seed buns
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions

Preheat grill or pan to high heat.

Season ground beef with salt and pepper; divide into 4 equal portions. Shape patties.

Grill or pan-fry patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until tender.

Meanwhile, toast the sesame seed buns.

Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.

Assemble the burger: place a patty on the bottom bun, top with sautéed mushrooms, and cover with the top bun.
