How To Make Giordano’s Garlic Knots Recipe
These knots are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the perfect blend of garlic and herbs.

Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut dough into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a 5-inch rope.

Tie each rope into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
