How To Make Giordano’s Garlic Knots Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut dough into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a 5-inch rope.

  3. Tie each rope into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Brush garlic mixture onto each knot.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until knots are golden brown.

  7. Serve hot.
