How To Make Giordano’s Stuffed Pizza
A classic Chicago-style stuffed pizza with ooey-gooey cheese and savory toppings stuffed between two layers of crispy crust.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of pizza dough
- 1 pound of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pound of Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Roll out the pizza dough and place it in a deep-dish pizza pan.

Layer the mozzarella cheese on top of the dough.

Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Spread the cooked sausage over the cheese layer.

Add the pizza sauce on top of the sausage.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper over the pizza.

Use the second half of the pizza dough to cover the pizza, sealing the edges.

Brush the top with olive oil.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
