Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup salami, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers.

  2. Add the provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, red onion, and black olives and toss until evenly distributed.

  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss again.

  4. Serve chilled.
