How To Make Giordano’s Mozzarella Sticks
Savory and crispy appetizer with gooey mozzarella cheese center.

Ingredients
- 16 sticks of part-skim mozzarella string cheese
- ½ cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp of milk
- 1 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Cut each cheese stick in half.

Prepare 3 bowls, one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, basil, and oregano.

Roll each cheese stick in flour.

Dip each flour-coated cheese stick in the egg mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Repeat with remaining sticks.

Freeze the coated cheese sticks for 10-15 minutes.

Preheat the oil over medium heat.

Fry the cheese sticks for about 30-60 seconds until golden brown.

Serve with marinara sauce.
