How To Make Giordano’s Tiramisu Recipe
A decadent Italian dessert made with layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and a creamy mascarpone filling.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup Kahlua liquor (optional)
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until well combined.

In a shallow dish, whisk together the cooled espresso and Kahlua (if using).

Dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture for a few seconds and arrange in a single layer in a serving dish or individual glasses.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.

Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
