How To Make Giordano’s Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
A classic Chicago-style deep dish pizza with savory sausage and spicy pepperoni in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Roll out pizza dough and line a deep dish pizza pan with it.

Spread crushed tomatoes over the dough.

Layer crumbled sausage and sliced pepperoni over tomatoes.

Add garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
