How To Make Giordano’s Spinach and Mushroom Pizza
Deep-dish pizza loaded with spinach, mushrooms, and melting cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sautéed spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Press the pizza dough into a deep-dish pizza pan.

Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, spinach, and mushrooms on top of the dough.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are melted.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
