How To Make Giordano’s Spinach and Mushroom Pizza

Deep-dish pizza loaded with spinach, mushrooms, and melting cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Press the pizza dough into a deep-dish pizza pan.

  3. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, spinach, and mushrooms on top of the dough.

  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are melted.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
