Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 lb fresh spinach, washed and chopped
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Whisk in the flour until smooth and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Slowly pour in the cream and milk, whisking until smooth.

Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook over medium heat until wilted and the sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
