  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thick wedges
  • 1/4 cup truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with truffle oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the fries immediately after removing from the oven.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
