Ingredients
- 4 flounder fillets
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spray baking dish with oil.

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, parsley, and seasonings.

Lay fillets flat and divide stuffing mixture between each one.

Roll up each fillet and secure with toothpicks.
