How To Make Bojangles’ Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the buttermilk. Stir until just combined.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead for 1-2 minutes.

Pat or roll out the dough until it is 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
