How To Make Bojangles’ Bo-Berry Biscuits Recipe

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ cup of cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp of milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter until it resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. Add in 1 cup of milk and mix until just combined.

  5. Fold in blueberries.

  6. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently.

  7. Roll out the dough until it’s about an inch thick.

  8. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  10. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and 2 tbsp of milk to make the icing.

  11. Once the biscuits have cooled slightly, drizzle icing over each biscuit.

  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
