How To Make Chicken Fried Steak Recipe

Crispy and juicy chicken fried steak, perfectly seasoned and served with creamy gravy.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) cube steaks
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

  3. Dip each steak in the flour mixture, coating evenly, then in the egg mixture, then back in the flour mixture.

  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each steak for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

  5. Serve with creamy gravy
