Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Stuff each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it in gently to secure.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Cook the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
