How To Make Sticky Noodles with Homemade Hoisin Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz of rice noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
- 1/2 cup of hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, for garnish
- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the diced vegetables to the pan and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the pan and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, or until heated through.

Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce and vegetables.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.

Serve the sticky noodles with a sprinkle of chopped green onions and chopped peanuts on top.
