  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
  • Celery sticks, for serving


  1. In a bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Place chicken wings in the Instant Pot® and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over them.

  3. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot® to manual pressure cook for 8 minutes.

  4. Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick release of pressure and carefully remove the lid.

  5. Preheat the oven broiler on high.

  6. Using tongs, transfer the cooked wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Brush the wings with additional buffalo sauce from the Instant Pot®.

  8. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and nicely browned.

  9. Serve the buffalo wings hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
