How To Make Bread and Celery Stuffing

Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine diced bread, celery, onion, melted butter, vegetable broth, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
