How To Make Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 flat iron steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp of butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup of blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp of fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, blue cheese, and chives.

  4. Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

  6. Place a dollop of the blue cheese-chive butter on top of each steak and let it melt slightly.

  7. Serve the grilled flat iron steaks with your favorite side dishes.
