How To Make Lime Marmalade Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
 - 1/2 cup lime marmalade
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - 
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish.
 - 
In a small bowl, combine lime marmalade, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
 - 
Pour the lime marmalade glaze over the chicken breasts, allowing it to coat them evenly.
 - 
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze has caramelized.
 - 
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
 - 
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or salad.
