Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture.

  5. Secure the openings of the chicken breasts with toothpicks.

  6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  8. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
