- 1 bagel, sliced in half
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Toast the bagels until slightly crisp.

Spread a layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagel.

Layer each bagel half with smoked salmon, red onion, tomato, and lettuce.
