Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, grated onion, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.

In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the sauce over the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.

Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
