How To Make White Bean and Rosemary Crostini Recipe
A delicious and savory appetizer with white beans and rosemary on crispy crostini slices.

Ingredients
- 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of baguette, sliced diagonally
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, add the white beans, minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

On a baking sheet, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and bake them in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until they are lightly toasted.

Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven, then spoon the white bean mixture onto each slice of bread.

Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top of each crostini.

Return the crostini to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

Serve the crostini hot or at room temperature.
