How To Make Fava Bean Crostini Recipe
A delicious appetizer with the flavors of Fava Beans, garlic, and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 can of fava beans, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly toasted.

In a food processor, blend fava beans, garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Spread fava bean mixture on toasted baguette slices.

Return to oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
