A delicious and easy-to-make crostini topped with sweet figs, salty prosciutto, and tangy goat cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of baguette, cut on the diagonal
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4-6 fresh figs, sliced
  • 4 slices of prosciutto, torn into pieces
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.

  2. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the bread for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly toasted.

  4. Spread each toasted baguette slice with goat cheese.

  5. Top each crostini with slices of fig and torn pieces of prosciutto.

  6. Drizzle with honey (optional) and serve immediately.
