White Bean Hummus Recipe

How To Make White Bean Hummus

Carrots, cucumbers, tortilla chips, and just about anything will taste a hundred times better when you eat them with this hummus recipe.

  • 15ozwhite beans,(1 can), drained, juice reserved
  • 1headgarlic,roasted
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 2tbsptahini
  • ½tsppowdered rosemary,or 1 tsp dried regular rosemary, or 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½lemon,juiced


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.  

  2. Add in a few tablespoons of the reserved white bean juice until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.  

  3. Drizzle with an extra teaspoon of olive oil and/or extra rosemary for garnish if you’d like.

  • You can also substitute white bean juice with water.
