Ingredients

  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make a sauce.

  3. Pour the sauce over the vegetable mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable filling in the center. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides, and seal the edge with a little water.

  5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

  6. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

  7. Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without touching each other.

  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the spring rolls are golden brown and crispy.

  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
