  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

  2. In a blender, combine the banana slices, water, honey (or sugar), and lemon juice.

  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any banana fibers.
